We will advertise your property on Rightmove and Facebook Market Place for a fixed fee of £149. (Until it is let or up to 3 months)
Once we recieve your leads from the portals we will check their ID and call them to qualify that they fit your criteria. We will then send you their contact details so that you can organise the viewing.
Once you have chosen your tenant we can create a tenancy agreement free of charge and send it to you to get signed.

What is our Maintenance Managment?
We include an online 24 hour Repair and Maintenance Management and reporting system which includes our emergency response. (needed for Selective Licensing) On all our managed properties.
Our software will direct your tenant to information about how they can resolve the issue themselves without the need for expensive call outs. If there is a problem that needs assistance then it will be given a priority which will be communicated to your tenant.

When the tenant uses our systems to report an issue they will upload photographs and be asked questions to help remote diagnostics. This includes getting make, model and other details if an appliance has broken down.
Some landlords will ask us to respond using our preferred suppliers but there is no obligation. The main thing is that the tenant has a channel to report issues and there is a recorded process. If you want to respond your self we will send you the report.
